Agreement
By accessing tryops.me or using TRYOPS products, you agree to these Terms. If you use TRYOPS on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Service
TRYOPS provides software for tour operators, retreat organizers, and travel businesses. Features, availability, and pricing depend on your selected plan.
We may update the platform and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
Fees and liability
Paid plans are billed according to your order or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
TRYOPS is provided "as is" within the limits permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
